About Andora

Andora goes above and beyond to care for our five y/o and infant. Her situational awareness is unmatched by any caregiver we've had so far. She intuitively picks up on the stresses of the parents and suggests ways she may be of help based on her assessment of the situation and adjusts accordingly. Whether it's understanding what baby needs, or if she can lend a hand with the laundry she stays one step ahead of us so we never have to ask. So it's not just that she lends extra hands around the house she lends an extra brain too-and that's just what exhausted, overwhelmed parents like us needed! Andora does well with keeping our children on their routines with very little guidance and responds well to any guidance offered. She knows how to relate to all of us, and that's just not something you can ask to pay for-it either comes naturally or it doesn't, but in Andorra's case it's a plus. Her ability to share and listen gives us the impression that's she's not just in it for the job, but has a natural joy of her craft, which is refreshing in a field that can burn so many caregivers out so quickly. Andora is our trooper!
