Hey family, I just wanted to let you know that I've taken on a really important role as an Operation Manager at a nursing home. It's a big facility with 744 beds, and my main focus is on the administration side of things. I'm in charge of making sure everything runs smoothly, coordinating different departments, and ensuring that all our residents are well taken care of. It's a challenging job that requires a lot of organizational and managerial skills, and I'm really proud to be contributing to the smooth functioning of such a crucial healthcare environment.
