About Anaya

Hello, my name is Anaya and I am currently a junior at SJSU and majoring in psychology! I am a dedicated and experienced professional with a strong background in working with children. I have experience as a Behavior Technician, Summer Camp Counselor, and After-School Program Leader. I have developed a deep understanding of behavior management techniques and strategies as a Behavior Technician. I have successfully implemented behavior intervention plans and supported children with special needs. In my experience as a Summer Camp Counselor, I facilitated engaging and enriching activities while ensuring the safety and well-being of campers. As an After-School Program Leader, I designed and implemented educational and recreational programs that catered to children's diverse interests and developmental needs. I effectively managed daily activities, provided homework assistance, and promoted a nurturing environment that encouraged social interaction and personal development.
