I've been working as a childcare provider for over a decade. I believe in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to thrive. I prioritize positive reinforcement, connection with nature, self expression through art and music, emotional regulation through communication and breathing exercises. I keep open and honest communication with parents, providing regular updates, make sure to maintain a consistent and structured environment for the children. From outdoor activities to board games and puzzles, arts and crafts, reading and dramatic play, I'm well practiced in a wide range of modalities that cater to different interests and age groups. Having worked for multiple child care providers, I'm familiar with professional lesson plans, safety regulations, CPR and 1st aid certified and fingerprinted for a thorough criminal check. I have 3 wonderful children of my own, 2 older boys and a little girl.
