Ana worked for us for a couple of weekends and we really liked her. She left us two days before she was going to work for us, with citing family emergency, did not return any call or texts and without saying goodbye to our children whom kept asking for her. Totally erratic behavior. Still not sure if what happened, totally unprofessional.
