Ana is truly wonderful. We were lucky to have Ana come help us out with our newborn for a short while, before she started with another family. In the time she was with us, she taught our baby how to fall asleep on his own (which i can't stress how valuable that was) and how to take a bottle. As first time parents we relied on her years of experience to tell us what was normal (e.g. drool rash) and what warranted a call to the doctor (reflux). She was always on time. Actually, I can't remember a time that she wasn't a few minutes early! Most of all, she loves our son so much and gave him love, play, and education. If Ana is ever available to care for your child, don't hesitate!
