About Anand

Hi there! :) My name is Anand. I'd describe my personality as patient, communicative, and empathic. I like tutoring because I love seeing others realize their goals and potential. I've been doing it for 22 years, since I received my Masters from Caltech. I'm looking for a job that allows me to work with students who really want to learn. My life has always revolved around making others' lives better. It's never escaped me that our time on earth is short-lived. I try to contribute to the betterment of others everyday with kindness, energy, and know-how. My greatest strengths as a tutor boil down to making any subject -- whether it's math, chemistry, essay writing, etc. -- fun, simple, and relatable. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my wonderful wife and kids. We play lots of board games, cook lots of yummy food, and listen to all kinds of music. I look forward to hearing from you soon!
