I'm a compassionate and experienced childcare provider with over a decade of experience in fostering the growth and development of children. My passion for working with children stems from my belief in the importance of early childhood education and my desire to make a positive impact on their lives. I provide a nurturing and safe environment for children to learn, play, and thrive. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and keep them informed about their child's day through written daily reports and verbal communication at pickup. I respect parents' preferences and adapt my communication style accordingly. While I prefer not to enforce strict rules, I gently guide children towards appropriate behavior and help them understand the importance of following household routines. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning.
