About Ana

Hi I am a nursing student that is passionate about caring for others and helping them grow and reach for potential. I have always been drawn to working with people, and I find great joy in helping them learn and explore the world around them. As a patient and friendly individual, I believe in creating a safe and nurturing environment where children and adults feel comfortable expressing themselves and safe within their environment. When it comes to communicating with parents or other caregivers, I believe in open and regular communication. I provide updates through out our day and address any issues that arise in a timely manner. I follow the preferred communication method, whether it be through text, phone calls, or in-person conversations. I am comfortable enforcing household rules, but I always do so in a positive and respectful manner. I believe in setting clear expectations and boundaries , while also being understanding and flexible when necessary.
