Ana did great with my dog and bird, she was professional and was up front communicating anytime she would be away from the home/time conflicts. She even took my dog on a walk without me requesting it. I do wish she had been more active with updates/sending pictures just because I like to see that, but I felt very comfortable with her being in my home and making sure my boys had what they needed while I was gone.
