Ana was our after school nanny for 3 months. She picked up our son from his after school care program, made/fed him dinner, played with him, made sure he was showered, teeth brushed, read him a story and put him to bed. Some nights she did this without our involvement end to end if we had to work late. She also simultaneously helped take care of our 6-9 month old infant by feeding her or giving her a bottle and occupying them both so that we could eat dinner. She is incredibly proactive and flexible. No two days are the same in our household and she never complained or was bothered by a change in routine.
