About Ana

I am writing to recommend the character and work ethic of Ana G., who has worked with our family for almost three years. Ana is simply the finest person I have ever worked with and I cannot say enough positive things about her. Ana has simultaneously worked as our housekeeper and nanny and she has performed both roles impeccably. She is a detailed, organized cleaner with a strong sense of responsibility. I have never had to direct Ana in her work - she always knows what needs to be done and has a strategy for accomplishing her tasks. Additionally, Ana has never once been late to work or canceled at the last minute. She has a strong family support system and is very reliable. On the childcare front, my children love Ana and feel loved by her in return. She organizes creative age-appropriate tasks, maintains their schedule, and occasionally drives them to activities/school. Ana is incredibly safety focused and an excellent driver. Ana also prepares food for our family and is talented at making healthy, delicious meals. We especially love her chicken cutlets! Our relationship will hopefully continue for quite a long time, but I have had to reduce Ana's hours now that my children are on school schedules. I cannot stress enough that Ana is the best helper I have ever had and I care for her deeply. Any family would be very lucky to have her.
