Ana has been with our family for over 5 years. We trust her implicitly and my children (now 10 & 7) absolutely adore her. She is punctual and is often amendable to schedule changes (with appropriate warning). She will help around the house or with any small project if she is not with the children at that moment. When she is with our children, she fully interacts with them. We highly recommend Ana!
