The things I enjoyed best about Anna were her kindness, her respect and her bright, warm personality. She easily followed my directions when I asked her. The final plus was that she didn’t make assumptions. All this to say that my communications with her were very smooth. Anacelis easily engaged in conversation without asking probing questions as some people might do. She was so respectful and she offered support in the most lovely way. I cannot recommend her enough!
