Ana has helped my family with our newborn as I was recovering from some post-partum complications for about a week and a half. She worked overnight on that time period, was punctual and reliable, when we had issues with the baby weight gain and had to switch to a more aggressive feeding schedule, Ana helped us reach the goals during the night, which helped the baby go back on track. Her experience with babies was evident throughout the time in which she was helping. She also helped us keep up with bottle cleaning and setting tasks during the night, which made it easier for us in the waking hours where our toddler was also awake. If there is ever a need again, I wouldn't hesitate in re-hiring her.
