I cannot say enough good things about Amy. I know that sounds cliche - but in this case it is true. Amy is reliable and punctual, she communicates well, she asks questions and doesn't assume things, she follows through - all things so important to you as a parent and employer. But that's not even the best part - the best part is the relationship she will build with your children and your family. She is so present and engaged - she isn't there to 'watch' your kids - she interacts with them on all levels - telling and reading stories, playing make believe, playing outside, coloring, talking, teaching - and somehow managing to also feed them, tidy up and complete small household chores! Amy watched our three children (now 5, 9 and 12) for 3 years. Our time with her ended only because our youngest started going to school full time. During that time she truly became part of our family - and we hope she always will be!
