I hired Amy last week. She was supposed to start working for me yesterday (Monday morning). Meanwhile, I was waiting on a background check to come in. She never showed up. I texted and called her. She never responded. She then blocked me on this app from messaging her. Her background check did come in this weekend & it is currently not in her file anymore. You can come to your own conclusions why she never showed up. For whatever reason she chose to behave this way, it is completely unprofessional and immature.
