About Amy

I am an experienced, compassionate and dependable caregiver with 8 years of having been blessed with the opportunity to care for many of our aging loved ones in a variety of settings. I started this career path later in my life after my father unfortunately suffered from strokes and was diagnosed with Parkinson's. He had to live in a skilled care facility and when I saw the compassionate way the CNAs in his new home interacted with him, I wanted to do this for other seniors. I felt a strong passion for this and went back to school to get my certification. Afterwards I started in nursing home care but found this too impersonal. I was unable to care for my patients as thoroughly and thoughtfully as I believe is needed. Since then I have been involved in home senior care. I treat each client as if I were caring for my own family member.
