When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in open and transparent dialogue. I provide regular updates about their child's day, either verbally at pickup or through text or phone calls, whichever the parents prefer. Regarding household rules, I find it essential to align with the parents' expectations and follow their lead. In terms of activities, I love engaging children in outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games that stimulate their learning.
