About Amy

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, kind and thoughtful. I like caring for seniors because it's makes an impact on their lives. Helping others is very fulfilling. I'm looking for a job that I can make a difference in a persons life daily and provide every day needs for their situation I started caring for seniors when about four years ago, when my stepfather became ill, and then about two years ago, helping my best friend with her mother. In my spare time, I like to walk my dog, spend time with my friends, and I love to cook and watch movies. One thing you should know about me is that I have a lot of patience to deal with a loved one's memory loss, to angry outbursts. I am a very good listener and communicator. My skills include communication, patience, and compassion.
