My friendly and approachable nature allows me to build strong relationships with both the children I care for and their parents. I believe in open and transparent communication, and I make sure to provide regular updates to parents about their child's day. I am also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment for the children in my care.
