About Amy

I am a high school Spanish teacher and mom of three little ones ages 5, 2, and 4 months. I am available during the summer for care and companionship for your loved one. My kids and I help care for my own 91-year-old grandfather and I have volunteered to work with the elderly at different points in time. I am a caring and compassionate person. Others have said my greatest quality is my patience. I love hearing stories and conversation. The last two years I worked in a local hospital in patient transport where my favorite part of the job was talking to and getting to know the patients. I am particularly looking for a position that will allow me to provide companionship and light errands/chores. I am also comfortable with more complex tasks such as medication management and assisting with changing clothes.
