About Amy

Hello! For the past 3 years, I've been a nanny. Before that, I worked at Starbucks and babysat regularly. I have an Associate Teaching Certificate in Early Childhood Education, which I received from Sierra College. I've always had a passion for caretaking, especially with young children. I feel honored to be trusted into a family's home and take care of their kids. My years of work have granted me experience in baby led weaning, sleep training, potty training, and many forms of behavioral management. All of these are at the parent's lead, of course. I encourage self discovery with little ones and natural cause and effect. Some of my favorite activities to do with kids are play at the park, go on adventures(walks), do arts and crafts, and anything else your child enjoys!
