This letter is for you to see that I have passion and the qualifications necessary to be successful at my job. I have passed a background check with Gersh Academy (current job) and can possibly have them forward it to you! In May 2017 I started working for Poudre school district (PSD) in Colorado as a paraprofessional. I fully enjoyed my time there with the students and found a community of passionate teachers and fellow paraprofessionals. While working at PSD, I learned techniques on how to handle stressful situations with sometimes escalated students. I am trained CPI and CPR. I worked with nonverbal autistic students who I miss dearly. Since moving to Seattle, WA in January I have been working at Gersh Academy Autism Education. I enjoy my job and love all my students! However, with the current school shutdown I am unable to go to work until April 24th. So, I am looking for a family who may need my support during this time.
