About Amy

Hi there! I'm Amy, and I am delighted to have the chance to assist families looking for additional support in educating their children! With my degrees, I've been fortunate to teach individuals of all ages and varying abilities. I excel at connecting with children where they are and inspiring them to reach their full potential. I've had the chance to work with students in general education as well as in several special education settings. My true passion lies in collaborating with families and students with disabilities, believing wholeheartedly in their capabilities. I've had the honor of teaching life skills, working with non-verbal students, transition program and emotional disabilities classes. I earned my degree in Elementary Education and Special Education K-12 from Taylor University, graduating in 2015. This marks my tenth year in teaching but my third year exploring opportunities beyond the public school system.
