About Amy

Hi there! My name is Amy. I myself, am a mom of 5 grown boys. Three are my own & two that we took in when my oldest was a senior in high school. My 'profession' has been that of a surgical technologist, a massage therapist and a school secretary. But I've been a nanny for times in between. I recently was laid off due to budget cuts as a school secretary & while I've been looking everywhere for a job, it hit me - why don't I just go back to being a nanny? I've always enjoyed working with littles, so it just makes sense. I'm a very interactive nanny. I don't believe in plunking your kiddo down in front of the tv (or on their tablets) for me to have quiet time). I myself don't sit still very well, so I don't expect them to either. I LOVE trips to the library and everything about it. I'm big into the zoos and museums & love making up little experiments. And I love animals, so would care for them as I would your children. * I have EXTENSIVE experience with food allergies!! *
