Amy is wonderful! My mom has dementia, and is also very introverted. My sister and I hired Amy to serve mostly as a companion, but she ended up being so much more. Amy has this way about her that makes people feel at ease. Having a parent with dementia or other medical needs is hard, and Amy provided us a comfort level and some much needed help. She would help with errands and appointments as needed, but most importantly, spend quality time with our mom - even if it was just taking her for a drive to get some fresh air. My mom was always in a happy state when Amy would leave, and she looked forward to her visits. Amy is positive and outgoing, and also dependable and professional!
