About Amy

Thanks so much for visiting my profile. I am a certified 5-12 teacher with 20 years experience. I began teaching at a private school for 14 years, but left to stay home with my son. Once he started preschool, I worked part-time for three years, which included subbing at his preschool, and running a few weeks of their summer camps. Following that, I worked as an Interventionist for two years at a public middle school. Recently, I was a teacher's aide at a private school. I have had CPR and First Aide training every few years. I've been a Zoo member for 25 years (since my niece was born); it's our happy place. :) We love to go on adventures, celebrate holidays, and just be together. I have to drop my son off at school each morning at 8:30, and be in line to pick him up, so I am looking to find a job during the day, while still having the freedom to take him to school & pick him up, as well as attend his activities.
