Hello! My name is Amy. I have my HCA certification, w/ dementia specialty, food handlers card, BLS/First Aid training and cert., & nurse delegation. I started caregiving in 2010, and found my calling. Experience: Dementia, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, Developmental Disabilities; Incontinence care, personal care, transfers, transportation (medical appointments, general outings), hospice care, medication queuing, personal care/bathing. DME: hoyer, sit to stand, shower chairs/benches, walkers, wheelchairs, and commodes; to make a few. I enjoy cooking, baking & crafting! I'm reasonably flexible w/ availability; and my hrly rate varies depending on the needs of the client. With that aside, safety is priority when caregiving. Second is providing a warm and comforting atmosphere with your loved one's well-being at heart.
