I believe in open communication with parents and make sure to provide regular updates on their child's day, either verbally at pickup or through text or phone calls, whichever they prefer. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children, ranging from infants to preteens, and I'm proficient in enforcing household rules to ensure a structured and harmonious environment.
