It is with great pleasure that I'm writing this email in support of Amy. I have worked with Amy for approximately 10 years in the video production field. Amy has distinguished herself immediately as a co-worker who was most filled with spirit, enthusiasm, and excitement about the film/video business. My initial impression of her was that she was a hard worker and eager to learn new processes as we have an ever evolving field of technology. In addition to producing excellent work, Amy has involved herself with numerous self-produced projects that have been well received by her clients. She is an optimistic person who finds solutions in times of crisis and is quick on her toes. Her fellow co-workers look to her for advice, but she is also fun to be around. Work gets done but at the same time new avenues of thinking are opened when looking how to stylize a shoot. Amy is a leader who is humble and inspiring to be around and she has a passion to help others. She pursues the goals of the projects she is working on with dedication and without letting her own needs or interests get in the way. She will be a great asset to anyone who hires her on full-time.
