We interviewed with Amy and it came down to her and one other lady (who we chose for proximity and language reasons). Amy very timely in her emails/phone calls/showing up for her interview and seemed like a very genuine and caring person. She also had a very nice reference from her last nanny family. Best of luck to Amy in finding a family - she seems like a really great person.
