About Amy

I'd describe my personality as genuine, patient, caring. I like working with kids because I enjoy being playful, educational and having a positive impact on their early stages of life, as I understand the importance of feeling loved and cared for as a child. I'm looking for a job that offers flexibility for my work/life balance. I started working with kids when I was in college. Till this day, I continue to work as a Personal Care Assistant with children with disabilities and absolutely love it. In my spare time, I like to color, take my dog out to the park to walk around, and spending quality time with friends and family. One thing you should know about me is that I am passionate and very knowledgeable in child and adult care. I've been caring for others since I was 18 years old. I have my Bachelors in Psychology from FIU, I am fluent in English and Spanish, I have a passion for helping others (it's my purpose for living) and I enjoy music.
