About Amy

Hi! My name is Amy and I love working with children. I have my Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy and love using my background to help promote the development of the children I work with. I am adventurous and love helping kids learn in nature. I believe that nature offers one of the best classrooms. It is fun and always changing. Adventure nanny would be a great way to describe me. I am an excellent communicator, CPR and first aid certified and have safe and reliable transportation. I'd describe my personality as creative, caring and empathetic. One thing you should know about me is that I tend towards activity and play over screen time. I like the option to take children on adventures and activities while balancing their needs for down time at home. My skills include teaching children to be more comfortable exploring new activities, engaging with peers and teaching social-emotional development.
