I've had cats my whole life and have been around dogs for much of my life as well through family friends and roommates. My cat, Raja, is probably the most active cat you've ever met, and I make sure he's well exercised, especially so that I can sleep through the night without being woken up! I used to volunteer at the BARCS animal shelter with both dogs and cats in Baltimore and miss how fulfilling it is to take care of wonderful animals (even the difficult ones)!
