I've been working with special needs for about 4 years now. I started working with them my junior year in high school which was in 2019. I am so passionate about what I do with special needs because they mean so much to me. I feel like they deserve the same love as everybody else. I have this connection with them I love and that is my goal to connect with special needs in the future and own my own clinic for special needs.

Initially interview Amiyah via phone. I went over the job responsibilities and details. She and I both agreed that she would be a great fit for the position. We set up a time for her to come by my home and meet my daughter. We both agreed on the time and date. The time came and went and Amiya was a no call, no show. I am so glad I did not ultimately hire her for the position. She has shown me that she would not be a dependable and trustworthy person to care for my daughter.
