About Amity

I'm an experienced childcare provider with a strong passion for fostering children's growth and development. With over six years of experience caring for children, I'm dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing environment where they can flourish. I began working as a lifeguard and swim instructor where I taught children of all ages water safety. I was also selected to teach adaptive swim lessons to children with special needs. I then became an AuPair ( Live in nanny) for two years in Spain, Sweden and the Netherlands. Where I cared for multiple children at once. After returning from Europe, I became a full-time nanny for a nonverbal boy with Autism and epilepsy for two years. I currently work part time at a retail store and take online classes at Pikes Peak State College. I love camping, cooking, concerts, and traveling! I'm CPR and First Aid trained and have a solid understanding of child development.
