She's dependable. I can call her anytime and try to setup care for my child and she's there. She helped with my son's transition to daycare. Even though we haven't seen her for a long time, when my son sees her, he has no hesitations to go and greet her. That tells a whole lot of how she treats him especially when I'm not around.
