I'd describe my personality as friendly, knowledgeable, disciplined. I like tutoring because I enjoy helping. I'm looking for a job that gives me opportunities to help little kids to be more confident in school. I started tutoring in afterschool day care. My skills include; communication skills which is important. it's the main skill to be able to explain the concept in that way that child understands. Second is empathy; where teacher is patient and supportive to each student. That gives students to built trust with teacher. Last one is being adaptive to students, the culture, age and pace. It's important to understand a student individually and adjust teacher way to student and prepare for each student individually.
