I grew up in Nebraska my whole life until moving to Florida 4 yrs ago. Growing up in a huge family and around my grandparents my whole life I have always loved family. After moving away and not having grandparents around I needed to adopt some Florida grandparents. I have connected with many seniors here along with their families. I have done many things with them. I play games and put puzzles together with them, taken them to dr. appointments, groceries shopping, picked up prescriptions, sat with them and loved ones in the hospital, taken them to the airport, organized everything from drawers to closets to rooms, book plane tickets. I have even invited some to holiday dinners knowing they have no family. I have one couple that the wife has dementia and she and I really bond. I feel like through this I have a lot of patience.

Amy is kind, caring, honest and dependable - just the type of person you would want to help out a family member. She went above and beyond for my 90 year old dad after my mom passed away. I can’t say enough nice things about Amy.
