About Amia

My passion for caring for children stems from my childhood experience of assisting my mother in her daycare. I further enhanced my knowledge and skills by taking a Child Development class in high school, which included caring for a reborn baby as if it were my own. I am a patient, calm, creative, imaginative, friendly, and approachable individual. My communication with parents involves written daily reports, verbal communication at pickup, and regular updates via text or phone calls. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports and physical games, board games and puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. With two years of experience, I am comfortable caring for up to three children, ranging in age from infants to preteens. I am also comfortable with pets and have a car for transportation. I look forward to the opportunity to provide a nurturing and educational environment for your children.
