I have my Master's degree in Special Education (Applied Behavior Analysis) and work full-time as a Program Supervisor working with kids ages 3-18 years old with Autism. I have experience working with Early Intervention Children in teaching Functional Communication, Basic Skill Acquisition (i. e. matching, labeling items, imitation, listener responding skills, etc.) Coping Strategies, and Daily Living Skills. I also have experience working with Middle/High School children with Autism, ADHD, and Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD). I work in the field of ABA and am always practicing strategies that are based in science. Furthermore, I abide by the BACB Ethics Code in which the core principals focus on Benefiting Others, Treating Others with Compassion, Dignity, and Respect, Behaving with Integrity, and Ensuring Competence working with families that have Special Needs.
