She applied for a position and had conversation back and forth through care.com as a part of initial interview then completely became MIA. I don't think this person cares to even bother to communicate and doesn't care about our needs for our children. If you are serious about the job at least respond to decline or accept, one or the other and have a professional attitude. Very unfortunate.
