Excellent references, CPR certificate and COVID vaccinated. I do sleep routines, play games, pick up toys and potty training, prepare healthy meals and clean up and do some organization (negotiable). I also know how to swim in case you need supervision in the pool. If you are interested in your child learning another language, I can teach him Spanish. She applied for a position and had conversation back and forth through care.com as a part of initial interview then completely became MIA. I don't think this person cares to even bother to communicate and doesn't care about our needs for our children. If you are serious about the job at least respond to decline or accept, one or the other and have a professional attitude. Very unfortunate.
