America is a fantastic sitter for both my girls for almost 10 months. She is responsible, caring, honest, communicative and on-time throughout her employment with me. She is also open minded in receiving feedback and guidance on how I would like my baby to be cared for, yet still offering her advice based on her experience when watching the development of my baby. Her daughter is a great asset to the team while caring for the children, she is so comforting and polite, also a plus with teaching the children a dual language (Spanish) easier when child to child interaction.
