I interviewed Amenze extensively and provided an hour of training prior to her first day on the job. She said she understood the job and would see me the next evening at 6:00 pm, a Saturday. She sent a text at 11:30 (not even a phone call) and said she would not take the job, no reason given. At this point she left me with no time to find a substitute. She refused to accept phone calls. This behavior is unprofessional. Obviously not dependable. A caregiver should not accept a position and then leave the client without care. I would never hire her again and definitely would not recommend her.
