About Amelia

I've been caring for children for as long as I can remember, as I have a large family filled with kids and I was always looked to, to babysit for events, family parties, work etc. I've worked as a swim instructor and lifeguard for children, so I'm certified in CPR and First Aid. I'm patient, calm, friendly, and approachable, and I'm comfortable enforcing household rules after discussing them with the parents. My communication style with parents involves regular updates about their child's day, and I prefer to follow their preferred communication method. I enjoy spending time with children, whether it's taking walks, playing outdoor games, engaging in physical activities, or staying indoors for games, puzzles, and arts and crafts. I'm attentive and considerate of both the children's and parents' preference. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children and have experience with a wide range of age groups, from toddlers to preteens.
