About Amelia

About Me: Hi there! I'm Amelia! I currently split my time between Salt Lake and McCarthy, Alaska. I work as a ski instructor here in the winter and as an Alaskan backcountry guide in the summer. I grew up caring for my younger cousins on the weekends which led me to want to pursue extra work opportunities through childcare. In college, I worked as a summer camp counselor for children with special needs and that was one of the most fun summers of my life. I have my wilderness first responders certification as well as CPR, infant CPR and EPI auto-injector certifications. I have mostly worked with children from ages 4-12. I love engaging through crafts of any kinds, reading, or trips to the park. Availability: I started full time ski instruction on November 20th. Until then my availability is flexible and open. Communication: Before starting any work I would like a layout of any house rules. I would love to send photos and provide as much or as little updates as you would like.
