About Amelia

Hi, I'm Amelia! With over 14 years in healthcare, including 8 as a Registered Nurse, I've shifted to caregiving, doula services, and companionship to create my own schedule and serve others more personally. I hold a special place in my heart for those with Alzheimer's and dementia, having cared for my grandmother through her decline. I'm known for being empathetic, an active listener, and a compassionate presence, aiming to bring you peace and ease in a non-medical setting. In my free time, I love meditating, walking in nature, and reading. My husband and I also enjoy traveling together. Through my experience working in nursing homes, it's clear that when most seniors can remain in their home - familiar surroundings, with the support of their families and care team, their overall well-being is stays intact. My dream is to see more individuals able to live vibrantly at home until the end of their lives. I look forward to the opportunity to support you!
