About Amelia

I'd describe my personality as upbeat, caring, assertive I like working with kids because kids are active, creative and fun. Over my years of experience with working with children my days are filled with play, learning, fun, and creativity. Helping them developing in social skills in a safe and caring environment is most important. I'm looking for a job that allows me to provide care for a family, building a connection with the children and family and a place where I can be a difference in my families lives. I started working with kids when I was very young at the age of 19. In my adult hood in my 20's me and a friend started a local summer camp for families. In my spare time, I like to hang and spend time with my daughter who is 6, go to church and shop are amongst my favorite things to do in my spare time. One thing you should know about me is I am very dependable and assertive. My skills include interpersonal skills, patience, and my love for children.
