As a caregiver with three years of experience, I'm passionate about nurturing children's growth and development. My prior babysitting roles solidified my desire to positively impact young lives. I believe in fostering a nurturing environment where children feel safe to explore their creativity and imagination. My calm and patient personality, coupled with my friendly demeanor, allows me to easily connect with children and build strong relationships. I prioritize open communication with parents, providing regular updates about their child's day and promptly addressing any concerns that may arise. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules while following the parents' lead to ensure consistency. My approach to playtime includes a variety of activities, from technology-based games to educational games that promote learning. I also enjoy introducing children to outdoor sports and physical games. I'm fluent in English and Spanish and have completed First Aid training.
